ABOUT ME

My name is Noah Benjamin Dobson and I am a Video Editor and Videographer with 9 years experience and a B.A. in Communications: Media/Film and Minor in History. I began as a Student Volunteer Videographer/Video Editor at Union High School and within those 9 years I emerged as a Creative Media Specialist (2017-2019) promoted to Creative Media Manager (2019-2020) and returned as a Videography/Photography Staff Trainer (2022) for The Cougar’s Byte. In addition, I have been a Freelance Video Editor for non-profits found on Catchafire and sponsored by Patagonia Action Works. However, my skills go beyond media production - being licensed in Architectural Drafting and having experience and in-depth knowledge in university operations having served at Kean University within the Division of Student Affairs, the School of Psychology, and currently the Office of Registrar. Though I consider myself a Jack-of-all trades, I continue to master my skills in video production, scriptwriting, motion-graphic animation and photography (wildlife/candid/event) heavily concentrating on environmentalism, history and pop-culture (film/tv).
